Shipping Policy

At COATED, we take care in delivering your glow essentials safely and efficiently. Please read the information below for everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) once payment has been received.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been booked with our courier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

During high-volume periods such as product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing and dispatch times may be slightly extended. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. 

All parcels are sent via a tracked, non-signature delivery service. If you have any delivery instructions, please include them in the delivery notes at checkout.

Shipping Rates

For standard shipping, we charge a flat rate of $14.95.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier delays.

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delays & Courier Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, COATED is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Weather events

If your parcel appears delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. COATED is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos where applicable. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
