COATED Returns & Refunds Policy

At COATED, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns on any tanning products or beauty essentials.

Please note that we do not offer refunds; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are happy to provide a replacement at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement, please notify us within 14 days of purchase and provide photo evidence of the damaged or incorrect item(s).

For non-tanning items, we may accept returns on a case-by-case basis, provided you notify us within 14 days of purchase, and the item is unused and in original packaging. Such products are to be returned at the customer's expense, and an in-store credit may be given, which will be valid for 3 years from the date of the store credit.
